At checkout, provide your billing, shipping, and contact information and choose a payment method. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after successful payment. For first-time buyers, ensure your information is accurate to avoid delays.

Q: Can I modify or cancel an order?
A: Because many of our pieces are handcrafted or custom-finished, we process orders very quickly. If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact support@modeora.shop as soon as possible. While we will try to accommodate your request, some items may already be in production or shipped, making changes impossible.

Q: How accurate are product colors, textures, and sizes?
A: Modeora products are handcrafted from natural materials like stone, travertine, metal, and ceramics. Minor variations in color, texture, and finish are expected and add to the uniqueness of each piece. Screen settings may slightly affect how colors appear. Dimensions are carefully listed; please measure your space to ensure a perfect fit.

Q: Are your products authentic artisan pieces?
A: Yes. Each item in our collection is designed and crafted with artisanal techniques inspired by global cultures, classical motifs, and contemporary minimalism. This ensures every piece is unique, with textures, shapes, and finishes that cannot be exactly replicated.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, but shipping times vary depending on location and shipping method. International orders may take longer due to customs processing. Modeora is not liable for carrier delays, but we provide tracking numbers for every shipment.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress from our warehouse to your door.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes, Modeora ships worldwide. Please note that international shipments may incur customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Contact us for guidance if unsure about international shipping policies.

Q: Are your packages secure and protected during shipping?
A: All Modeora products are packaged using high-quality protective materials, including foam, bubble wrap, and reinforced boxes to prevent damage. Fragile and high-value pieces receive extra care with double-layer packaging and insurance for peace of mind.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Modeora provides a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags and receipts. Contact support@modeora.shop to initiate a return. Please note: custom orders, fragile artisanal pieces, and personalized items may be non-returnable.

Q: How do I exchange an item?
A: Exchanges follow the same procedure as returns. Once your original item is received and approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: Inspect your package immediately. If damaged, contact support@modeora.shop with photos of the damage. We will assess and resolve the issue promptly, either via replacement or refund.

A: Most pieces are designed for indoor display. Stone, metal, and resin pieces may tolerate covered outdoor areas, but prolonged exposure to rain, direct sun, or extreme temperatures is not recommended.

Q: Do you offer a wholesale program?
