At ziemelmeita, we design bold silhouettes, sculpted knits, mesh layers, and statement dresses for women who own their attitude. We stand behind the quality of every piece — from our lace cocktail dresses to asymmetric knit tops. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Be free of perfume, makeup stains, deodorant marks, or damage
• Have all original tags attached
• Be returned in original packaging
• Include proof of purchase

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Responsibility

• If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — we cover return shipping.
• For size issues, change of mind, or style preference — customer is responsible for return shipping.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Size & Fit Disclaimer

Our pieces are designed with body-contouring silhouettes and statement cuts. Please review the size chart carefully before purchasing.

Returns due to sizing preference (too tight / too loose) are accepted within policy terms but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos of:

• The item
• Packaging
• Shipping label

After review, we may offer:

• Replacement
• Partial refund
• Full refund

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Customized or made-to-order pieces
• Items returned worn, washed, or damaged
• Items returned without authorization

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if not yet processed.

Once processing or shipping begins, cancellation is no longer possible.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the EU, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt, provided items meet the return conditions.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Processing time: up to 10 business days.
